Mike Gsell serves as Chief Financial Officer for North Shore Partners MSO, where he leads the firm’s financial strategy, accounting, human resources, and office operations. He is responsible for maintaining financial discipline and operational efficiency in support of the firm’s continued growth.
Prior to joining North Shore Partners, Mike held senior finance leadership roles within prominent law firms and professional services organizations, where he specialized in financial management, operational strategy, and business planning.
In addition to his professional role, Mike serves as Treasurer of the Dallas Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science with an Accounting major from the University of South Florida, a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in the State of Florida.
